A QA4EO workshop on establishing an operational framework was hosted by National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA from Tuesday 6 May - Thursday 8 May 2008. The workshop was chaired by the Group on Earth Observations (GEO) and was organised by the Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS)'s Working Group on Calibration and Validation (WGCV).
